On August 2, nine athletes from Uzbekistan will participate in the Olympic Games.

Alisher Yusupov will compete for medals in the judo +100 kg category.

Uzbekistan's track and field athletes will also commence their events in Paris. Safina Sadullaeva will participate in the high jump, while Sharifa Davronova will compete in the triple jump.

In archery, Amirkhon Sodikov and Ziyodakhon Abdusattorova will test their skills in mixed competitions.

Olympic champions Bahodir Jalolov, Hasanboy Dusmatov, and Turabek Habibullaev will compete in the boxing quarter-finals, which are anticipated to yield the most medals for Uzbekistan. A victory in the quarter-finals will secure at least an Olympic bronze medal for each of these boxers. Among the female competitors, Sabina Bobokulova will enter the ring in pursuit of a place in the quarter-finals.
