Uzbekistan's delegation earned 114 medals at the BRICS Games in Kazan, Russia, as reported by the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.
In the recently concluded 6th BRICS Games on June 24, Uzbek athletes secured a total of 114 medals — 17 gold, 39 silver, and 58 bronze — placing them fourth overall.
It's worth noting that in the games held from June 13 to 24 with 90 participating teams, Russia claimed first place, Belarus second, and China third.
It should be recalled that Bahadir Jalolov emerged victorious in a previous edition of the BRICS Games.
