In March of this year, a 13-year-old boy was found handcuffed in a Damas car in Samarkand. It was reported that the child was abused by a school teacher.

A criminal case was initiated under Article 138 of the Criminal Code (Illegal Deprivation of Liberty by Force). The case is now being considered in court.

The person who chained the child was sentenced to 4 years in prison and will serve his sentence in a penitentiary colony.
