Seller faces legal action for slapping a child's face

10038Earlier, it was reported that a seller in Sirdarya slapped a 13-year-old boy who asked for a QR code receipt. In response to this incident, administrative proceedings have been initiated against the seller. This was announced by the Children's Ombudsman.
During the pre-investigation check, it was found that the seller Z.A. (a male) from a store in Guliston City engaged in public swearing and intentionally disregarded public order. As a result, a case was opened against him under Article 183 (Minor Hooliganism) of the Administrative Responsibility Code, and the case documents were sent to the Guliston city court for criminal cases.
It should be noted that earlier, in the Jondor district of Bukhara region, a mother was registered as having a negative impact on the upbringing of her children after she beat her two twin daughters, approximately 3-4 years old, because her husband did not send money from abroad.
