It was previously reported that a pupil of an orphanage in Tashkent was subjected to bullying by other children. Bobur Tulaganov, the press secretary of the General Directorate of Internal Affairs, has provided additional information about the situation.
It is noted that the incident captured in the video circulating on social media occurred on August 5 of this year at an orphanage located in the "Kizil-Suv" neighborhood of the Bostonliq district in the Tashkent region.
Three pupils from Orphanage No. 22 in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent city — S.X., D.I., and V.L., born in 2008 — who were at the camp, got into an argument with each other. Another pupil recorded the incident and shared it on social media.
"Currently, the employees of the regional internal affairs department are investigating the situation," the report states.
