As we reported earlier, the head of the US State Department, Anthony Blinken, is on his first official visit to Uzbekistan. Blinken, who arrived in Tashkent on the evening of 28 February, started official meetings early in the morning today, 1 March.
His next address was the Hazrat Imam Complex in Tashkent.
The Secretary of State of the United States was informed about the complex of Hazrat Imam, the center of Islamic civilization that is being built next to it, and the conditions created for believers in Uzbekistan.
It should be recalled that the official events of Anthony Blinken's visit to Tashkent began with talks with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov.
