Qudratillo Asatullayevich To‘laganov has been appointed governor of Olmazor district in Tashkent, the capital city administration’s press service reported.
He was born on October 6, 1982, in Tashkent. He graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute in 2008 and the Banking and Finance Academy in 2016.
Since 2023, and until his appointment, he had been serving as Chairman of the Management Board of Asakabank.
Until now, Azizxon Sharipxonovich Umarxonov had been serving as governor of Olmazor district. He was appointed to the position in 2021.
Earlier, Bahodir Xudoyqulov Khudoyorovich was appointed governor of Chiroqchi district in the Kashkadarya region at an extraordinary session of the district council of people’s deputies.
