Bahodir Jalolov, a professional Uzbek super heavyweight boxer and two-time Olympic champion in amateur boxing, is expected to hold his next fight in professional boxing this December. This information was reported by a QALAMPIR.UZ source.
The 30-year-old Jalolov, who has concluded his amateur boxing career, is now focusing on the professional ring. It is anticipated that his 15th fight will be against a formidable opponent in a major tournament.
For reference, Jalolov has fought 14 times in the professional ring so far, winning all of them by knockout. His last professional boxing match took place on November 17, 2023, where he knocked out Chris Thompson from the Republic of Kazakhstan in the first round.
It is worth noting that earlier, another professional boxer from Uzbekistan, Murodjon Ahmadaliyev, expressed his readiness to fight Japanese four-division world champion Naoya Inoue.
