It was said which teachers would not undergo mandatory certification

The number of pedagogic employees who are not subject to mandatory certification is expanding.  This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

It was reported that the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 120 "On additional measures to improve the procedure for certification of teaching staff of educational organizations" was adopted.

According to it, from 1 April 2023:
•     has 25 years or more of work experience in pedagogical activity;
•     Pedagogical employees who have no more than 5 years left before retirement due to age are not involved in mandatory attestation.

According to this decision, the regulation "On the procedure for certification of pedagogic staff of preschool, general secondary, secondary special, professional and extracurricular educational organizations" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 572 dated 17 September 2021, has been amended and supplemented.
