Some graduate students were allowed to work full-time.

Part-time work was permitted for postgraduate students in certain fields of medicine and higher education.  This is defined in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers «On improvement of the system of personnel support of state medical institutions».

Following the decision, in the school year 2022/2023, as a sample in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the provinces and the city of Tashkent:

Full-time family doctors, doctors of emergency medical care, and doctors of medical departments for the graduate courses of the directions «Medical Business», «Pediatric Business» and «Medical-preventive business» of all medical and higher educational institutions;

Graduates of masters and clinical internships of all medical universities, republican specialized scientific and practical medical centers, and the Center for Advanced Training of Medical Workers can work full-time.

Students of all levels in the areas of «Curative Business», «Pediatric Business» and «Curative-preventive business» study the theoretical part of disciplines and practical lessons remotely.

The Ministry of Health determines the need for doctors in the first stage, from 1 October 2022, in the Surkhan-Darya region, and in the second stage, from 1 November 2022, will employ students in all regions for vacant positions.
