The state service “Car history” has been introduced

A decision N.106 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan on 9 March of the current year,  approved the administrative regulations for the provision of state information services “Car history”.

From 1 May 2022:

- the state service for the identification of vehicle history data through Public service centers, Unified Interactive Portal of State Services or their applications will be launched.;
- during the technical inspection of the vehicle, the information on the distance covered by the vehicle will be entered into the information system by the business entities conducting the technical inspection.

The "Car History" will contain the following information:

- general information about the vehicle;
- recorded mileage;    
- conclusion of contracts (power of attorney, lease, gift agreement);
- history of traffic accidents;
- the violations committed;
- collateral information (if any);
- whether there is a ban;
- customs clearance;
- license status (for passenger transport).

The online application is filled for the use of public services (through the application of     Public Service Center, Unified Interactive Portal of State Service,). A fee of 10% of the base amount will be charged for the service. The information is prepared in real time and provided to the applicant. The reference is issued without disclosure of personal information (except requests sent by the owner of the vehicle to clarify his «Car History»).
