An earthquake struck the Fergana and Andijan regions today, March 14, as reported by the Seismoprognostic Monitoring Republican Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The earthquake, with a magnitude of 3.3, occurred at 09:49 local time. Its epicenter was situated 262 km southeast of Tashkent, specifically in the Quva district of the Fergana region, at coordinates 40.55 degrees north latitude and 72.19 degrees east longitude. The depth of the earthquake was 10 km.

The territorial impact within Uzbekistan is as follows:
- Marhamat district: 2-3 points, 10 km away.
- Asaka district: 2 points, 13 km away.
- Quva district: 2 points, 15 km away.
- Shahrikhon district: 2 points, 19 km away.

It's worth noting that preceding today's event, earthquakes also occurred on March 4 in the Kashkadarya region, March 5 in the Tashkent region, and once again on March 7 in the Kashkadarya region.
