Two residences were engulfed in flames in Andijan

A fire erupted in two dwellings within Andijan city, located in the Andijan region, as confirmed by the regional government's press service.

On March 24, at 4:40 p.m., the Emergency Department received notification of a fire in the "Uzbekistan" neighborhood of Andijan.

Consequently, four fire-rescue teams arrived at the location by 4:44 p.m. By 4:51 p.m., the fire was contained, with complete extinguishment achieved by 5:25 p.m.

It was revealed that the roof of house 20-A, situated on "Toqayev" street within the neighborhood, suffered damage covering an area of 80 square meters, along with household appliances and portions of the ceiling in the neighboring house, numbered 20, spanning 40 square meters. Firefighters managed to save 500 square meters of residential property from the blaze.

No casualties or injuries were reported due to the fire. Investigations are ongoing to ascertain the cause of the fire and assess the extent of property damage.
