Ulugbek Rakhimov appointed as deputy governor of Andijan region

3832Ulugbek Odashevich Rakhimov has been appointed Deputy Governor of the Andijan Region for Agriculture and Water Management, as well as Acting Head of the Regional Agricultural Department. This appointment was announced by the regional government press service.
Before this role, Ulugbek Rakhimov served as Head of the Regional Governor's Secretariat for Agriculture and Water Management.
Born in 1971 in Pakhtaabad District, Rakhimov graduated from the Namangan Industrial and Technological Institute and the Academy of State and Society Building under the President of Uzbekistan. Starting his career in 1994 in the Pakhtaabad district committee of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, he has held various positions in the agricultural sector since 2000.
In related news, Ilhom Kahramonovich Sobirov was recently appointed Deputy Governor of Andijan Region and Head of the Regional Department of Investments, Industry, and Trade. Previously, he headed the Department for the Introduction of Standards, Innovations, and Grant Attraction at the "Uzcharmsanoat" Association.
