On 4th July, US citizens Marshall Mayer and Ebru Sanga got married in Registan square with the participation of representatives of Wedding House in Samarkand city. This is reported by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the messages, a few years ago, on 4th July, the couple dined at an Uzbek restaurant in Brighton Beach, United States. During the conversation, it turned out that they both love to eat Uzbek national dishes. After that, they decided to mark an important date in their life in Samarkand.
It is noted that Marshall had already been to Samarkand, he liked the history and architecture of the city and that’s why they chose Registan. The couple find Samarkand to be a wonderful city, reflecting eternity.
