Aeroflot plane lands in Tashkent due to passenger’s medical condition

On December 29, an Aeroflot flight SU1971 from Fergana to Moscow made an emergency landing at Tashkent International Airport. Uzbekistan Airports reported the incident.
The unscheduled landing occurred after one of the passengers experienced health issues mid-flight. The crew decided to divert to the nearest airport for medical assistance.
The Boeing 737 landed safely in Tashkent at 22:11 local time. A female passenger, born in 1954, was disembarked along with her luggage and transported to a medical facility with a suspected stroke.
Following the passenger’s evacuation, the aircraft resumed its journey to Moscow at 23:02 Tashkent time.
For reference, a similar incident occurred when Lufthansa flight LH-726 from Munich to Shanghai made an emergency landing in Tashkent.
