Adhamjon Ergashev became the Asian champion in weightlifting

The Asian Adult Weightlifting Championship is held in Manama, Bahrain.
The representative of Uzbekistan Adhamjon Ergashev, who participated in the weight category up to 67kg, recorded the result of 138kg in the snatch, 176kg in the clean and jerk, and 314kg in two bouts. None of his competitors were able to improve this performance. As a result, Adhamjon won three gold medals.
The results obtained:
1. Adhamjon Ergashev - 314 kg (138+176 Uzbekistan);
2. Yasin Muhammad - 303 (137+166, Indonesia);
3. Anoucha Dungsru - 301 (136+165 Thailand).
For reference, Uzbek athletes have 3 gold and 3 bronze medals at the Asian Championships.
