As we previously reported, Uzbek grandmaster Nodirbek Abdusattorov is currently participating in the "Chessable Masters" online tournament.  Abdusattorov, who won his division, took part in the Grand Final on 7 April of this year.

In the grand final, the Uzbek chess player played a piece against the French Maxime Vache-Lagrave, defeated his opponent with a score of 2.5:1.5, and proceeded to the 1st division of the competition.

For information, this tournament is held in three divisions.  Now Abdusattorov will compete with Magnus Carlsen, Fabiano Caruana, Hikaru Nakamura, Wesley So, and other strong grandmasters in the top division.

It should be noted that Nodirbek was participating in the Armageddon Championship Series: Asia and Oceania along with the Chessable Masters online tournament, but Abdusattorov was not lucky in this tournament. He lost to India's Gukesh in the 2nd match of the tournament.
