Abdulla Aripov extends sympathy to Azerbaijan following plane crash tragedy

On December 27, Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tashkent to express his condolences to the Azerbaijani people. He conveyed these sentiments through Ambassador Huseyn Guliyev. The Prime Minister's Press Secretary, Bekzod Hidoyatov, reported on the visit.

Earlier, Prime Minister Aripov had sent a letter of condolences to the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, following the tragic crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane near Aktau Airport, which resulted in the loss of lives.

This follows the actions of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who on December 25, sent a letter of condolences to both the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, regarding the same incident. The crash near Aktau, Kazakhstan, claimed numerous lives. Additionally, on December 26, President Mirziyoyev personally called President Aliyev to extend his condolences.
