Abdugadir Husanov, a member of the national team of Uzbekistan and the French club "Lens," has been named among the contenders for the "Golden Boy" award for the best young player of the year. This was reported by "Tuttosport."
According to the source, the 20-year-old Husanov was ranked 87th in the TOP-100 list.
It should be noted that this award was introduced in 2003 and is given annually to the best player under the age of 21.
For reference, Abduqodir Husanov played in 16 games for "Lens" last season. His transfer value is 2.5 million euros.
