Ahmadaliyev and Israel Madrimov recorded the necessary weight for tomorrow’s fight

On the evening of 8 April, leather glove makers from Uzbekistan took part in a weight measurement ceremony.

Murodjon Ahmadaliyev, the owner of the WBA and IBF belts in the second lightest weight, weighed 55.1 kg, while his opponent Marlon Tapales from the Philippines weighed 55.2 kg.  Both fighters recorded the standard.

Israil Madrimov will enter the ring at a new weight for himself.  He will be challenged by American Rafael Igbokwe.  During the weighing ceremony, Madrimov weighed 72 kg, and Igbokwe weighed 72.5 kg.

For information, Murodjon Ahmadaliyev had a total of 11 professional boxing fights and won all of them.  Madrimov entered the ring in 7 fights and won all the fights.

It should be noted that the boxing evening held in San Antonio, USA is organized by the “Matchroom Boxing” promotion company.  The fights will start at 05:00 a.m. on 9 April, Tashkent time.
