The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports how many Russians came to Uzbekistan in 9 months

Between January-October of this year, 318,156 Russian citizens entered Uzbekistan.  The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan gave information about this the National Information Agency of Uzbekistan of the Main Directorate of Migration and Citizenship.

210,902 of the Russians who came to Uzbekistan are men, and 107,254 are women.

For information, on 21 September, the President of the Russian Federation signed a decree on partial mobilization in the country.  According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, 300,000 people, primarily those with combat experience and military specialties needed for the troops, will be drafted into the reserve.  As of the beginning of October, more than 200,000 people were drafted into the army as part of the mobilization.

On 14 October, Vladimir Putin announced that 222,000 people have been recruited into the army, 33,000 of them are in units, and 16,000 are on combat missions.  He promised to complete the mobilization activities within two weeks.

However, after the mobilization, many Russians began to leave their homeland.  They began to go to the neighboring countries of Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Uzbekistan.
