The quarterfinals of the World Boxing Championships, hosted in Liverpool, England, are coming to an end. Yesterday, September 11, eight members of the Uzbekistan national team claimed victory and advanced to the semifinals, thereby securing at least bronze medals.

Today, September 12, the quarterfinal and semifinal bouts will take place. Throughout the day, eight members of the Uzbekistan national team are scheduled to step into the ring. Of these, five will fight for a place in the finals.

From September 4 to 14 this year, the first World Championship under the auspices of World Boxing is being held in Liverpool, England. More than 500 boxers from 60 countries are competing for victory in the ring.
