6353In 2022, construction inspection control provided information about how many objects had measures taken against them. This was announced yesterday, 27 January at the meeting organized by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Economy, Kozim Tolaganov, the head of the control inspection in the field of construction.
In 2022, a total of more than 32,000 objects were registered by regional control inspections in the field of construction, and more than 113,000 control works were carried out in them. The number of violations in the master plans in these facilities was 807. According to Article 99 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (violation of urban planning legislation), administrative measures were taken against a total of 6116 officials.
In addition, during 2022, the construction and assembly works of 1221 objects were stopped. Demolition works were carried out in 433 objects. In particular, in 49 cases, the inspections cancelled the decisions of governors on allocating land for construction. 874 licenses and documents were cancelled for violation of authorship and technical control. Due to the use of low-quality construction materials, 396 objections were presented to relevant organizations.
“Every petition written by citizens is true, we have no right to be irresponsible in this regard. We must not forget that we all have the same answer for each object under construction,” says Kozim Tolaganov, the head of the control inspection in the field of construction.
It was also mentioned at the meeting that the heads of inspection of Bukhara and Andijan regions were released from their positions due to negligence and gross violations of the law during their duties.
