A 17-year-old girl stole a neighboor’s car

In Vobkent district of Bukhara region, a minor took someone else’s car and drove away.  This was reported by the Information Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Bukhara Region.

It is noted that on the night of 2 February to 3 February this year, an unknown person stole an unlocked Damas car.  The key had been left in the ignition.  The car belonged to a citizen living in “Khalach” neighborhood of Vobkent district.

Based on the information received about the situation, the regional internal affairs department stopped and detained the car on the 69th kilometer of the international highway A-380.

It was found that this crime was committed by a female minor born in 2005 who lived in the same neighborhood as the victim.

“In connection with the situation, a criminal case has been opened under Article 267, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the preliminary investigation is currently being conducted,” the report says.
