Between November 2024 and March 3, 2025, over 133 thousand objects were inventoried across Uzbekistan, according to the Cadastre Agency's press service.
The inventory process was carried out under the law "On Recognition of Rights to Arbitrarily Occupied Land Plots and Buildings and Structures Constructed on Them." Out of the inventoried objects, more than 44 thousand were registered in the "Recognition" information system.
The law mandates that the registered objects undergo review by relevant ministries and departments within two months. The first phase of this process has concluded, with over 1,600 objects publicly announced.
The “Etirof” JSC platform provides open access for the public to monitor the process. Through the etirof.kadastr.uz website, users can view surveyed neighborhoods, object details, cadastral numbers, addresses, and conclusions issued by state agencies.
If an object receives a negative conclusion, users can access the relevant document and submit a statement to the issuing organization via the platform. According to the law, such statements must be considered within one month.
