1760Vacant state-owned real estate properties are subject to inspection, according to a draft decision by the Cabinet of Ministers that was recently discussed.
The draft resolution states that based on information provided by state organizations and legal entities using state property free of charge, the Center for the Effective Use of State Property under the Davactive Agency and its regional departments will conduct on-site inspections of these properties.
The draft document further specifies that vacant buildings that have remained unoccupied for more than three months and are not included in regional development or public-private partnership programs, may be put up for electronic online auctions for rent without needing approval from custodians. This excludes properties related to military, special purposes, or state secrets.
Additionally, under the draft decision, employees of state organizations and legal entities using state real estate on a free-of-charge basis will be placed in administrative buildings according to staffing norms, with exceptions for social sector organizations.
All agreements related to the free use of state real estate properties, including any amendments, additions, or cancellations, must be processed exclusively through the "online-ijara.uz" information system.
