12 boxers from Uzbekistan advanced to the next stage of the international tournament

Yesterday, on 21 February, the next fights of the 74th traditional international tournament “Stranja”, which holds great prestige in the world of boxing, took place in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.  On today's program, 12 boxers from Uzbekistan entered the ring for the next round.

In the -67 kg weight category, Bekzod Hamidov’s opponent did not enter the ring due to health problems, and Hamidov automatically advanced to the next round.

Two Uzbek boxers competed in the 71 kg weight category.  In the battle between Iqboljon Khaldorov and Saidjamshid Jafarov, Jafarov got the upper hand.

Thus, Bekzod Hamidov, Abdumalik Khalakov, Ruslan Abdullayev, Nurislam Ismailov, Mujibillo Tursunov, Saidjamshid Jafarov, Mirazizbek Mirzakhalilov, Asadkhoja Moydinkhojayev, Shahzod Muzaffarov, Shahjahan Abdullayev, Odiljon Aslanov and Madiyor Saidrahimov won in yesterday’s competition.  They all advanced to the next stage.
