422 decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan were invalidated as a result of the systematization of regulatory legal documents through the "regulatory guillotine" method.  This was implemented by the government's decision "On measures to further systematize the legal framework".

90 percent (331) of the documents invalidated by the decision are complete decisions, and 10 percent (91) are some clauses of the documents.

The following were the grounds for the cancellation of these documents:

• existence of the same norms as documents adopted later;
• that the norms conflict with the norms of documents adopted later;
• documents with high legal force, which are the basis for the adoption of decisions, have lost their relevance as a result of cancellation;
• the fact that other decisions amended and supplemented by decisions are declared invalid;
• ensuring the execution of one-time, temporary assignments specified in the decisions.

This draft of the government's decision was developed at the initiative of the Ministry of Justice.
