A drunk driver, originally from Tashkent but now a Russian citizen, caused a traffic accident in Raipur, India, seriously injuring three people. The woman also engaged in a heated argument with police officers who arrived at the scene, according to *One India*.

According to reports, the woman was behind the wheel while sitting on the lap of a local driver, who was also intoxicated. They were driving a Tata Indigo with a government license plate in a designated lane when their car collided with a scooter carrying three young men. The impact was so severe that the victims and their scooter were thrown several meters away.

When police arrived, the woman became aggressive toward law enforcement officers.

Authorities have since arrested both the woman and the driver. An investigation is underway to determine the full details of the incident and assess their legal responsibility.

Earlier, a separate incident occurred in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, where a 22-year-old Uzbek citizen died after losing control of her scooter. She was riding without a driver’s license when she veered into the opposite lane and was struck by an oncoming bus, succumbing to her injuries.
