Hasanboy Dosmatov becomes a world champion

  Two-time Asian champion, 29-year-old boxer Hasanboy Dosmatov has achieved the remarkable feat of becoming a world champion.  This exciting news reported by QALAMPIR.UZ journalist Shahzod Shukurov.

On the 13th of May, in the final fight of the World Boxing Championship for adults held in Tashkent, Hasanboy Dosmatov faced off against French boxer Bilal Bennama.

Displaying exceptional skill and determination, Hasanboy knocked out his opponent, securing the gold medal and clinching the world championship title.

This victory marks a significant milestone in Hasanboy's career as he becomes a world champion for the first time.  It is worth noting that the competition's gold medalists will be awarded a prize of $200,000, while the silver medalists will receive $100,000.

In another thrilling match of the World Championship, Asadkhoja Moydinkhojayev competed against Kazakh boxer Dulat Bekbauov in the 67 kg weight category.

Asadkhoja showcased his superior skills and emerged victorious with a 5-0 win over his opponent from Kazakhstan.  With this outstanding performance, Hasanboy Dosmatov has now etched his name in history as a first-time world champion.
