Uzgidromet has released weather forecasts for June 3-7.
According to them, Uzbekistan will experience predominantly dry weather during the first week of June. However, brief rain accompanied by moderate thunderstorms is possible in certain sub-mountainous and mountainous regions, as well as in some areas of the Fergana Valley on June 4-5.
Most parts of the country will maintain favorable temperatures, ranging from 29-32 degrees Celsius in the first half of the week to 32-35 degrees Celsius in the latter half. Daytime temperatures may reach 36-39 degrees Celsius in southern desert regions.
Winds are expected to range from 7-12 m/s, increasing to 13-18 m/s in some areas from June 3-5, with possible dust in some locations.
In Tashkent, the weather will be partly cloudy with occasional changes. Moderate easterly winds are expected. Temperatures will range from 30-33 degrees Celsius on June 3-5, increasing to 32-35 degrees Celsius on June 6-7, with nighttime temperatures mostly between 18-21 degrees Celsius.
