On December 30, rain is expected in some places, with more rain during the night on December 31, and no precipitation during the day. Fog is possible. Winds will shift direction, blowing from the west at 7-12 m/s, with speeds of 13-18 m/s on December 29-30. Temperatures will range from 3°C colder to 2°C warmer at night on December 29, 7-12°C warmer during the day, and up to 15°C warmer in some places. On December 30, temperatures will be 0-5°C warmer at night, 7-12°C warmer during the day. On December 31, temperatures will be 0-5°C warmer at night, with some places seeing temperatures 2°C colder, and 5-10°C warmer during the day.

Samarkand and Jizzakh regions will have slightly cloudy weather, with rain expected in the evening on December 29 and in some places on December 30. No precipitation is expected on December 31. Fog may occur in certain areas. Winds will change direction and blow from the west at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 13-18 m/s expected on December 29-30. Temperatures on December 29 will be 3°C colder to 2°C warmer at night, 7-12°C warmer during the day, and up to 15°C warmer in some places. On December 30, temperatures will be 0-5°C warmer at night, 7-12°C warmer during the day. On December 31, temperatures will be 0-5°C warmer at night, with some places experiencing a 2°C drop, and 5-10°C warmer during the day.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, slightly cloudy weather is expected with rain in some areas on December 29-30. No precipitation is forecast for December 31. Fog is possible. Winds will shift from the east at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 13-18 m/s on December 29-30. Temperatures will be 0-5°C at night, and 10-15°C during the day.

In the Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, the weather will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation expected. Fog may occur in certain areas. Winds will shift and blow from the west at 5-10 m/s. On December 29, temperatures will range from 3°C at night to -2°C, with daytime highs of 6-11°C. On December 30, temperatures will be 0-5°C at night and 6-11°C during the day. On December 31, temperatures will range from 2°C to -3°C at night, with daytime highs of 4-9°C.

In the mountainous regions of the republic, the weather will be partly cloudy with precipitation in some places. Fog may occur, and snow drifts are possible in some mountainous areas. On December 30-31, temperatures will be 0-5°C colder at night, with 2-7°C warmer daytime highs.
