Temperatures to drop at start of week, rain expected in some regions

Uzhydromet has published the weather forecast for September 22–25.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, the weather will be partly cloudy and mostly dry. Winds from the east will blow at 7–12 m/s, increasing to 13–18 m/s with dust on September 24. Night temperatures will be 8–13°C, while daytime temperatures will reach 20–25°C on September 22–24 and 23–28°C on September 25.

In the Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will also be partly cloudy and dry. Winds from the east will reach 7–12 m/s, occasionally strengthening to 13–18 m/s with dust on September 22–24. Nighttime temperatures will be 12–17°C on September 22 and 10–15°C on September 23–25. Daytime temperatures will be 23–28°C on September 22 and 20–25°C on September 23–25.

In Tashkent, Samarkand, Syrdarya, and Jizzakh regions, the weather will be slightly cloudy and mostly dry. Short-term rain is possible in parts of the Tashkent region on September 22 and 24. Winds will shift from west to east at 7–12 m/s, occasionally rising to 13–18 m/s with dust on September 22. Nighttime temperatures will be 12–17°C on September 22 and 10–15°C on September 23–25. Daytime temperatures will be 22–27°C on September 22–23 and 24–29°C on September 24–25.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be partly cloudy and dry. Winds will change from west to east at 7–12 m/s, with gusts up to 13–18 m/s with dust on September 22. Night temperatures will be 14–19°C on September 22 and 12–17°C on September 23–25, while daytime temperatures will range between 25–30°C.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, skies will be partly cloudy. Rain and thunderstorms are possible on September 22, but no precipitation is expected on September 23–25. Winds will blow from the east at 5–10 m/s, strengthening to 13–18 m/s with dust on September 22. Night temperatures will be 12–17°C on September 22–24 and 10–15°C on September 25. Daytime temperatures will be 25–30°C on September 22, 22–27°C on September 23–24, and 24–29°C on September 25.

In the mountainous areas, the weather will be slightly cloudy with rain expected on September 22. It will remain dry from September 23–25. Winds will shift from west to east at 7–12 m/s, occasionally strengthening to 13–18 m/s. Night temperatures will gradually fall from 10–15°C to 5–10°C. Daytime temperatures will be 15–20°C on September 22–23 and 18–23°C on September 24–25.
