Uzbekistan’s Central Bank sets new foreign currency rates

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced the updated exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek sum, effective March 5.
According to the new rates, the official value of the US dollar increased by 6.13 sums, bringing the exchange rate to 12,903.33 sums.
The euro also saw an increase, rising by 113.49 sums to reach 13,562.69 sums.
In contrast, the Russian ruble experienced a decrease of 0.17 sums, settling at 144.48 sums.
