Uzbekistan ranks 3rd in CIS for mobile internet speed

Uzbekistan has placed 71st out of 103 countries in the global ranking of mobile internet speeds, according to the Speedtest Global Index for June 2025.
The average mobile internet speed in Uzbekistan was recorded at 55.78 Mbps. Among CIS countries, Kazakhstan holds the top position, while Uzbekistan ranks third in terms of average mobile internet speed.
Globally, the United Arab Emirates leads the list with an average speed of 546.14 Mbps, followed by Qatar at 517.44 Mbps and Kuwait at 378.45 Mbps.
Other countries in the top ten include Bahrain (236.77 Mbps), Brazil (228.89 Mbps), Bulgaria (224.46 Mbps), South Korea (218.06 Mbps), China (201.67 Mbps), Saudi Arabia (198.39 Mbps), and Denmark (196.27 Mbps).
At the bottom of the ranking are Eswatini in 101st place with 18.36 Mbps, Belarus in 102nd with 17.97 Mbps, and Bolivia in last place with 13.19 Mbps.
