Uzbekistan publishes list of banned extremist channels

The Supreme Court of Uzbekistan has released a comprehensive list of online sources and materials deemed to promote religious extremism, terrorism, and fanaticism. The import, preparation, storage, distribution, and display of these materials within Uzbekistan are strictly prohibited.  

The court issued a statement urging citizens, particularly parents and youth, to remain vigilant:  
"Avoid falling into the trap of religious fanaticism, extremism, and terrorism. Do not let these forces destroy your life and dreams. Stay away from court-banned online sources."  

The banned content includes:  
- 203 pages on Facebook  
- 713 channels on Telegram  
- 226 pages on Instagram  
- 135 channels on YouTube  
- 35 pages on Odnoklassniki  
- 44 pages on TikTok  
- Various websites and books accessible online  

Citizens are encouraged to stay informed and prioritize online safety to protect themselves from harmful ideologies.
