The captain of the Uzbekistan national team, Eldor Shomurodov, is set to extend his contract with the Italian club AS Roma. This was reported by football journalist Fabrizio Romano on his X page.
According to the source, the club plans to sign a contract with the 29-year-old striker that will last until 2027. Shomurodov's current contract with Roma is valid until the summer of 2026. An official announcement of the new agreement is expected soon.
