Today, July 24, a fire broke out in an open area in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent. This was reported by the city’s Emergency Situations Department.
According to the report, at 12:54, the department received information about dry grass and brushwood burning in an open area on Anaybulok Street in the district.
Fire and rescue teams promptly arrived at the scene at 12:59, contained the fire by 1:05 pm, and fully extinguished it by 1:22 pm.
No one was injured as a result of the fire.
It should be noted that earlier today, July 24, it was reported that 2 hectares of dry grass caught fire in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region, where a helicopter was also deployed to help extinguish the blaze.
