Peshku mayor becomes deputy to Botir Zaripov

Hayot Hasanovich Davlatov has been appointed Deputy Governor of Bukhara region Botir Zaripov for construction, creating a barrier-free environment, communications, utilities, ecology and landscaping. The press service of the regional administration reported this.
Hayot Davlatov was born in 1979 in Peshku district. He has a higher education. He graduated from Saint Petersburg State University in 1999, Bukhara State University in 2006, and the Academy of State and Public Construction under the President of Uzbekistan in 2011. His specialties are management and economics.
He began his career as an ordinary inspector at the Bukhara Regional Department for Demonopolization and Competition Development. He later worked as Deputy Head of the Main Department of Economy of the Bukhara regional administration, Director of the Bukhara Regional Consulting Center for Competitive Bidding and Price Formation in Construction, Head of the Bukhara Regional Main Department of Investments, and Head of the Bukhara Regional Main Department of Construction.
He also served as mayor of Kogon city from 2021 to 2024. Since 2024, he had been working as mayor of Peshku district.
Earlier, it was reported that two deputy governors had been appointed in Andijan region.
