“Heavy rain expected”: Uzhydromet issues urgent weather alert

From February 10 to 13, Uzbekistan will experience incoming moist air masses, the Uzbek Hydrometeorology Service has warned.
According to the alert, rain is expected across the country, turning to snow in northern regions, with some areas experiencing heavy precipitation.
In the foothill and mountainous regions, rain and snow may occasionally be intense.
Wind speeds across certain parts of the country are expected to reach 13–18 m/s, and on February 10, gusts may reach 20–23 m/s in some locations.
