1378Responsibility for non-compliance with atmospheric air protection requirements at construction sites has been established. The corresponding law was adopted on March 3.
According to the law, amendments and additions were made to the Code of Administrative Responsibility, stipulating liability for non-compliance with air protection regulations at construction sites.
Under the new law, a violation of mandatory requirements to eliminate the emission of dust and sand particles in the air at construction sites covering 500 square meters or more, in the surrounding area, or at the exits from these sites, or allowing the release of pollutants into the air exceeding the permissible levels, will result in a fine of 10 times the minimum wage (3 million 750 thousand sums).
If the same violation is committed again within one year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, officials will be fined 50 times the minimum wage (18 million 750 thousand sums).
The law will enter into force three months after its official publication.
It should be recalled that it was previously announced that construction organizations widely using walling materials will be given priority on the “Transparent Construction” platform starting August 1, 2025.
