Kazakhstan bus crash: 33 Uzbek citizens evacuated safely (video)

9239In the early hours of March 2, a bus carrying Uzbek citizens was involved in a road traffic accident in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. The incident was reported on the Telegram page of the Kazakh Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the report, the accident occurred 40 kilometers from the village of Irgiz in the Aktobe district, on the closed section of the Samara-Shymkent highway. A truck collided with the passenger bus traveling from Ufa to Samarkand.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that there were no casualties. The 33 Uzbek passengers on the bus were evacuated to a reserve bus located in a safe area of the road.
Earlier, a fatal road traffic accident involving Uzbek citizens occurred in the Kalinin district of Saint Petersburg, Russia. One of the injured individuals later died in the hospital.
