Yesterday, November 28, a traffic accident occurred in the Bagdad district of the Fergana region. The incident took place around 3:00 PM on the “Yangiqorgon Village” road near the Chuwalanji neighborhood, the Regional Internal Affairs Department’s Traffic Safety Information Service reported.

According to the report, a Moskvich 412 vehicle was reversing from an undesignated part of the road when a Nexia-2 car approaching from behind collided with it. As a result, the Moskvich was nearly split in half, and the Nexia-2 also sustained significant damage.

Both drivers sustained only minor injuries, with no serious harm reported.

Currently, the district traffic police are conducting pre-investigation checks into the incident.

It is worth noting that earlier, poor visibility due to dense fog caused a collision involving eight vehicles in the Syrdarya region. Drivers failed to maintain a proper distance in low-visibility conditions, resulting in a multi-car accident.
