3 cars swept away by mudflows in Jizzakh (video)

Mudflows occurred yesterday, June 18, in some mountainous and foothill areas of Zomin and Bakhmal districts in Jizzakh region following heavy rainfall. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this.
According to the ministry, the mudflows crossed roads, and as a result, three passenger cars that had been improperly parked in these areas were caught in the floodwaters and swept away.
It was noted that no one was injured or harmed as a result of the incident.
Earlier, it was reported that residents of four villages had been evacuated and several cars were swept away after severe mudflows hit three districts of Navoi region.
