Tashkent metro will operate until 2 am for New Year’s Eve

The Tashkent metro will extend its operating hours during the New Year’s holidays to accommodate festive travelers. According to the press service of the Tashkent Metro State Enterprise, metro services will run continuously from 05:00 on December 31 until 02:00 on January 1.
For the first time, Tashkent metro stations will operate two hours longer than their usual schedule on New Year’s Eve, allowing residents and visitors greater flexibility in their holiday celebrations.
In addition, the metro administration announced ongoing work to adjust train schedules on additional days off surrounding the holiday period. Further information regarding these adjustments will be provided soon.
The extended hours are part of efforts to ensure public convenience and enhance transportation options during one of the busiest nights of the year.
