Another prisoner died. Where is the surveillance footage?

A prisoner who was being kept in a temporary detention center in Ferghana died.  The Regional Department of Internal Affairs cites heart disease as the cause of his death.  This was reported by the information service of the department.

According to the report, the convict R.N. was sentenced to imprisonment and placed on probation following a verdict by the Kokan city court in criminal cases.  It was found that he violated the established restrictions and left a designated area.  As a result of the measures taken, he was arrested on 6 November this year in Tashkent.  On the same day, R.N. was placed in the temporary detention center of the Internal Affairs Department of Kokhan city.

On 8 November this year, at 02:56 a.m., convict R.N. felt unwell, and S.Yu, who was detained with him, called for help from the supervisory staff.  The staff of the detention center saw the situation through the surveillance camera installed in the institution and immediately called for emergency medical help.  The medical workers who arrived at the institution registered the death of the prisoner at 03:16 a.m.

"According to the preliminary diagnosis of the Kokan inter-district forensic medical examination department, the cause of the death of the late R.N. was "Chronic ischemic heart disease, acute insufficiency of coronary blood vessels."  No injuries were found on the body of the deceased," the regional Department of Internal Affairs stated.
It was also reported that Kokan City Prosecutor's Office is currently investigating the matter.

It should be recalled that earlier in the Okdarya district of the Samarkand region, a citizen who was sentenced to 15 days of administrative imprisonment died in the hospital after hitting his head on the corner of the wall inside the room, relying on the regional Department of Internal Affairs.  The Internal Affairs Department released the recording of the surveillance camera as evidence.
