The Uzbekistan national football team has maintained its 58th position in the latest FIFA rankings, according to the International Football Federation.
This marks no change from the previous month, where Uzbekistan also ranked 58th. Among Asian teams, Uzbekistan is ranked 7th, trailing behind Japan (15th), Iran (18th), South Korea (23rd), Australia (26th), Qatar (48th), and Iraq (56th).
On the global stage, Argentina, the reigning world champions, continues to lead the FIFA rankings. Completing the top five are France, Spain, England, and Brazil.
The top 10 is rounded out by Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Germany, showcasing the dominance of European teams in the rankings.
