5085Employees of budgetary organizations working under adverse natural and climatic conditions will receive bonuses based on their length of service. This provision is outlined in the regulation “On the Procedure for Paying Compensatory Bonuses to Employees of Budget Organizations in the Cities of Uchkuduk, Zarafshan, Nurabad, and the Zafarabad Settlement of the Konimeh District,” approved by a government resolution on April 8.
The regulation defines the procedure for providing compensatory bonuses to employees of budgetary institutions located in Uchkuduk, Zarafshan, Nurabad, and the Zafarabad settlement within the Konimeh district.
Monthly bonuses are allocated to employees working in these cities under challenging environmental conditions. The bonus amount is determined based on the employee’s length of service in budgetary organizations, as follows:
- 0.25 percent of the tariff rate (position salary) for those with up to 3 years of service;
- 0.5 percent of the tariff rate for those with 3 to 5 years of service;
- 0.75 percent of the tariff rate for those with more than 5 years of service.
The following periods are counted toward the length of service that qualifies an employee for the monthly bonus:
- Time worked in budget organizations in the designated cities;
- Time during which the employee was not actively working but retained their position in accordance with legislation;
- Time worked at preschool educational institutions previously affiliated with the "Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine" Joint-Stock Company, the "Navoiyuran" State Enterprise, and the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine Fund, which have since been transferred to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan.
