According to the "STADA Health Report 2024" by Stada pharmaceutical company, 78% of Uzbeks are content with their appearance, the highest percentage among 23 surveyed countries.
Globally, the average satisfaction rate is 49%.
Among those dissatisfied with their appearance, 38% cite excess weight as an issue, while 14% mention insufficient weight. Additionally, 6% feel unhappy with their looks due to comparisons on social media.
Despite these concerns, 71% of Uzbek respondents rate their physical health positively.
The study also reveals that 38% of Uzbeks engage in sports to maintain their health, 35% lead an active social life, and 28% follow a healthy diet.
The survey included 46,000 participants aged 18 to 99 from 23 different countries.
